" Replied and were able to view in a very good timescale. Offered a solution that was agreed to and fitted in quick time. Price was very reasonable. Only feedback would be where the work was carried out in the loft, and insulation etc was moved, wasn’t put back meaning I will have to find a way of putting this back again. Would recommend though. " Needed an undersink water heater fitted. Came at the arranged time. The work was done in two parts, first one done so clean and tidy you would barely know that anything had been touched. Second visit was done, again the job was done quickly and cleanly. Communication was prompt with excellent response. Very happy to give a 5 star review, and I know as soon as I need an electrician again, I will be confident using them again. "

" Large retailer failed to install my new integrated dishwasher because plug was too deep! Tim came to my rescue, moved electrical socket and completed the installation within a day! I was really worried I had purchased the wrong dishwasher (despite measurements matching previous model) so I was very relieved. Cost was not much more than the large retailer (who refunded in full). "

" I contacted Tim Conway as I needed our bathroom extractor fan replaced and supply and fit some light switches and plug sockets. Tim replied quite promptly to accept the job. He quoted a price and 3 guys arrived this morning at 8am as agreed. The switches and plug sockets supplied were of a high quality and I was happy with the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. "

" Telephoned as an emergency when the sockets in the house were not working & the bulbs in an electric fire blew. Tried to reset the Trip but it would not reset. T/p Conway who sent an electrician in half an hour. All electrics working. Prompt, efficient service. Stated they were 'emergency' and they were unlike some firms we tried. Would highly recommend & they score a 10 for their excellent work. "
